Everything we teach has been shaped by real-life practice, not just theory.
Before we became trainers and consultants, we were—and still are—early years professionals. Every course we deliver is built on years of hands-on experience leading nurseries, supporting teams, developing inspiring learning environments and creating meaningful experiences for children.
Our training comes directly from what we’ve learned through everyday practice as well as our own enhanced qualifications: the successes, the challenges, the lessons and the continuous journey of improvement. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions or training that stays in a notebook. Instead, we share practical ideas, honest experiences and proven approaches that you can confidently adapt within your own setting.

Behaviour: Understanding the Why
This full-day course will investigate the ‘why’ of typical childhood behaviours, exploring brain development, research, and theories. We will apply this to understanding possible reasons for children’s behaviour, helping identify positive strategies.
Inspiring Leaders
This full day’s training will give you the tools, ideas and strategies to develop your leadership style and motivate you to become an inspiring leader.
Wonders of the Outdoors
This hands-on, full-day experience will explore how you can enhance the outdoor space in your setting, inspire your practice in nature and see it as a primary space.
