Led by our highly experienced nursery manager and trainer with over 15 years in the field, this course offers comprehensive hands-on learning.

6 hours of on-site training at our pre-school woodland lodge, along with 6 hours of flexible online training.

• Learn the ability to act safely and effectively when an accident or emergency occurs. The treatment and priorities of care for an unconscious patient, including CPR.
• Understand how to safely and promptly treat a patient who is bleeding.
• Explore common childhood complaints and illnesses and appropriate care.
• Identify how to keep simple records following an accident in the workplace/care setting and developing an effective emergency plan for when emergencies occur.
