Jess has worked in childcare for 10 years +. She has completed every childcare qualification from apprentice to EYT. Jess has a calming effect on everyone she works with, we particularly like to ask her to engage with practitioners on the floor who need a bit of mindset shifting. She holds the following experience in:

• Day to day nursery management
• SENCO practitioner development. Jess oversees EHCP’s and chairs a local group where we invite SENCO’s to share and collaborate.
• Safeguarding investigations and training
• Staff wellbeing and ‘hygge’
• Social media, marketing and recruitment
• Extensive knowledge on outdoor learning, moving staff and children towards outdoor learning and what the ethos really means
• Understanding Children’s behaviour
• Staff morale and progression
