• NCFE Level 3 CAVA (fully qualified NVQ assessor)
• PTLLS – PTLLS stands for Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector.
• Nursery management 20+ years
• Active deliverer of paediatric first aid
• Active DSL and experienced in delivering Safeguarding and DSL training
• Active Ofsted Tool Kit trainer
• Creator of ‘understanding the why in children’s behaviour’ training
• Extensive knowledge and experience in change management, HR and employment law, government funding policies, planning applications and health and safety including food standards.

Prior to working with Abbotswood, Roxanne was a quality and improvements officer for Co-operative childcare for 10 years.
