'Be The Leader You Would Follow' - This full-day course will delve into how to create a resilient, happy staff team, how to coach rather than manage and allow you to critically reflect on your leadership style.

- Learn what high quality coaching is and develop skills on how to coach your team rather than just managing.
- Identify what a leader should be doing; move you away from firefighting to thinking ahead, anticipating, and having strong plans.
- Understand the importance of staff happiness and well-being and what this really looks like within your setting and how to implement it.
- Explore a range of leadership and managerial tasks and evaluate how impactful these are.
- Reflect upon your leadership style, recognising how practice, coaching and leadership makes each team member feel valued and needed.
