The second session will have a focus on how to co-regulate and find strategies that support behaviours you may find challenging.

Who’s it for?
What’s included?
- Understand how children’s brains are developing from birth and how the different parts of the brain and nervous system need to work together to support their emotion centre.
- Identify what causes dysregulation and how it disrupts children’s emotional well-being.
- Explore why children display certain behaviours, understand how they are forms of communication and how to understand how to deal with this.
- Learn strategies and routines that support children’s behaviour and create an emotionally supportive environment.
- Reflect on your own experiences and understanding of behaviour and how this influences your reactions and strategies.
